Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery to most parts of the UK.
Some areas may incur a delivery charge, including:

Scottish Highlands and Northern Scotland

Offshore islands (including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands)
To check if your area has a delivery charge:

Add the item(s) to your basket.

Click ‘Estimate Shipping & Taxes’.

Enter your postcode and county.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product. You’ll find estimated delivery times (in working days) on each product page. These do not include weekends or bank holidays.
We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but sometimes delays can happen. If your delivery is going to be significantly delayed, we’ll contact you with the option to cancel or continue with your order.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
If you have a safe place for deliveries, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll pass this on to the courier. Please note that deliveries left this way are at your own risk.
If a delivery is wrongly turned away, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep stock levels on our website up to date. If an item is out of stock:

The product page will show when we expect more stock to arrive.

If you pre-order, your item will be reserved and shipped as soon as it arrives.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we’ll contact you to:

Offer an alternative

Let you cancel your order

Reserve stock for you from the next delivery
If there's no restock date, we’ll offer an alternative or cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as:

The item is unused
-
It's in its original packaging
-
It's in a resalable condition
Please note: Bespoke and perishable items (made to measure gates or cut flowers) are non-returnable unless faulty. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
How to Return
Contact us first and we’ll guide you through the return process. You can:

Return the item using your own courier

Ask us to arrange a collection (we’ll deduct the collection cost from your refund)
Refunds are processed once the item is received and checked.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all items. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days:

Contact us to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

We may offer to send replacement parts if appropriate.
If a fault occurs within the first 12 months of the manufacturer’s warranty period, we’ll help you liaise with the manufacturer to arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Note: Made-to-measure items are not eligible for a refund, but we’ll repair or replace them if they arrive damaged or faulty.
Checking Your Delivery
Please check your items when they arrive. If something is damaged:

Either refuse the delivery or sign for it as "damaged"

Contact us as soon as possible
We can’t offer refunds or replacements once a damaged item has been used or installed.
Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You’ll receive a full refund (including delivery) as long as the item:

Is unused
-
Is returned within 14 days of cancellation
Exceptions include:

Bespoke or made-to-order items

Perishable goods
If we need to collect the item, we’ll deduct the collection cost from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Recycling Old Electricals
We’re happy to recycle your old electrical items when you buy a new like-for-like product from us.
For example, if you buy a new electric lawnmower, you can send us your old one and we’ll recycle it for free. This service is only available to Garden Oasis customers, and items must be returned within 28 days.
You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item for recycling.
Please do not throw electrical items in your bin. Many can be reused or recycled, helping to protect the environment and reduce waste going to landfill.
