The Ergo Love Seat with Straight Table from Churnet Valley is a strong and sturdy yet versatile piece of garden furniture as not only can these chairs be used fixed together as a companion seat, but the central table can simply be removed to enable the chairs to be used separately. The slatted design and durable frame is also ergonomically designed with a shaped back rest for support and comfort. Hand made in the UK from pressure treated Scandinavian redwood which is fully braced and is designed to last with little or no maintenance. This set includes two individual chairs and an adjoining straight tray table which rests on the arms between the seats. The chunky construction of this item enables its suitability for domestic or commercial use, therefore making it perfect for a park, gardens, restaurant, hotel or bar terrace. A complimenting foot stool is also available to purchase separately. Supplied assembled and ready to use.

Warranty & Maintenance

All Churnet Valley items are handmade and come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Pressure-treated for durability, the timber has a lifespan of up to 20 years with minimal maintenance. Initially, it may have a green tint, which will fade to a silvery grey over time. If you want to change the colour, you can stain it immediately with Protek Timber Eco Shield or paint/stain it after 3 months using a compatible product. As a natural material, the wood features knots and grain variations, and seasonal moisture changes may cause cracks or splits, but these will not affect its durability or strength.
