The robust, heavy duty frame is made from weatherproof aluminium with thick galvanised steel connectors for additional support at the joints. The wall panels are made from crystal clear high impact acrylic which have a high light transmission and keep out all harmful UV rays. The roof is made from virtually unbreakable, 8mm thick multi wall polycarbonate panels that are shatter resistant and offer support in all weathers. Each of the panels is secured tightly between the support rods preventing any water seepage. Water that does fall onto the roof rolls down into the integrated gutter system and is then dispelled out from either side away from the Sun Room. Adjustable gutter heads have been placed at each end of the roof to allow a water collection system to be added if desired (not included). The Sun Room comes complete with 3 double, lockable sliding doors to enhance ventilation and provide easy walk through points into your garden, one master door key is included for additional security when not in use.

All of the construction materials are pre-cut and pre-drilled to the correct sizes ready for a quick, easy installation without the need for a builder. The roofing panels use a simple Click'N'Lock system to achieve a secure and stable fit. Home assembly required. Supplied with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty.

Important - Before Assembly:

The ground surface must be perfectly flat & leveled and should be in a 90o angle to the supporting wall. The support for the flooring and the wall both need to be solid and level to ensure a stable construction is made.
