The Towed Tine Dethatcher from Handy is designed to help remove thatch or moss from your lawn, allowing more air, water and nutrients to reach the grass roots below. It features spring loaded steel tines that rake through the grass when the dethatcher is towed behind your sit on garden tractor/mower, using the universal hitch pin. An easy reach handle raises the tines off the ground while transporting. Manufactured from steel it also features a tray for adding weight to help gain the perfect depth of ground penetration. For best results it should be dragged across the grass in a crisscross pattern. Home assembly required.
