Welcome to the Garden Oasis website, operated by Garden Oasis Limited (referred to as "Garden Oasis", "we", "our" or "us"). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records.
1. About These Terms
1.1 We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The date of the latest version will always be shown at the top of this page. Please check back before placing an order to make sure you're aware of any changes.
1.2 If you’re using this website on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
1.3 When you place an order with us, we’ll create an account for you using the details you provide. You’ll need your email address and password to log in and access your order history. If you have any concerns about your account security, please contact us right away.
2. Placing an Order
2.1 When you place an order through our website, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2.2 After you’ve completed the checkout process, we’ll send you an email confirming that we’ve received your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order.
2.3 We officially accept your order – and a contract is formed – when we dispatch your items, unless we’ve told you otherwise or you cancel your order.
2.4 If you checked out as a guest, you won’t be able to access your order history online, so we recommend printing your order confirmation and these terms. If you need details of past orders, please contact us.
3. Delivery
3.1 We only deliver to addresses within the UK. An adult aged 18 or over must be present to accept the delivery unless you’ve given instructions to leave it elsewhere, in which case it’s at your own risk.
3.2 We offer free delivery to most of mainland UK. Any exceptions will be shown in the product description. You can check delivery costs by adding items to your basket and entering your postcode.
3.3 We can only deliver each order to one address. If you want items sent to multiple addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders.
3.4 Delivery times vary for each product and are shown on the product page. While we aim to meet these times, delays can happen. If a delay is expected, we’ll let you know and give you the option to cancel or continue with the order.
3.5 Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), usually between 7am and 7pm, using a third-party courier. Saturday or timed deliveries may be available at extra cost—please contact us to check.
3.6 Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made to your doorstep only. Our couriers are not insured to enter your home or assist with moving, assembling or installing items.
3.7 Items in your order may arrive separately, especially if they come from different warehouses.
3.8 Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they’ve been delivered.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is taken when you place your order, after we’ve checked your card details and stock availability. If we can’t supply your order, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund.
4.2 The price you pay is the one shown on the website when you place your order. If there's a pricing error, we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer the choice to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can’t contact you, we’ll cancel the order and refund you.
4.3 We accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal.
4.4 Ownership of the goods passes to you once they’ve been delivered and we’ve received full payment.
4.5 Prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and delivery charges, unless stated otherwise.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Substitutions
5.1 You have 14 days to return unwanted items for a refund (excludes perishable, used or made-to-order items). You’ll need to cover return costs unless we agree otherwise. We can arrange collection, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
5.2 If you receive damaged or faulty items, please see our Delivery & Returns section for what to do.
5.3 Occasionally, product details may change. If that happens, we’ll offer you a similar or better product at the same price. If you’re not happy with the substitute, you can return it under our 14-day money back guarantee.
5.4 Product sizes, weights and measurements are approximate, but we aim to be as accurate as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website, including images, logos, text and graphics, belongs to Garden Oasis or our licensors. You may use this content only as allowed in these terms.
6.2 You can view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.
7. Liability
7.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or anything else we can’t legally limit.
7.2 While we try to keep the website up-to-date and accurate, we can’t guarantee it will always work perfectly or be free from bugs or viruses. We’re not liable for any loss of data or damage caused by using the website.
7.3 Apart from what’s clearly stated in these terms, we don’t make any guarantees about the website or products and exclude all implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.
7.4 We are not responsible for indirect or financial losses such as loss of income, business, or data.
7.5 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
7.6 These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
7.7 We take care to protect your personal data, but we’re not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorised access unless it’s due to our negligence.
8. Other Important Information
8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be settled in the English courts.
8.2 Our products are designed for domestic use. If you’re buying for business use, please ensure you have suitable insurance.
8.3 We’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (such as extreme weather, strikes, or supplier issues).
8.4 We may include links to other websites for your convenience. We’re not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or how you use them.
